The project was a mixture of commercial and residential facilities comprising 36 residential buildings, providing in excess of 6,000 units of residential accommodation, retail units and four hotels. The project was broken down into seven principal sectors for construction purposes. The principal area of the project is located within Dubai Municipality Affection Plan plot 392-535, but also contains work southwest of the Marina in plot 500-566 and the DEWA land adjacent to plots 500-566 and 500-626 .
