Area 02 – Provisional
The Road between Motor City and Studio City Developments:
The project involves the construction of a new road connecting Hessa Street and Al Qudra Street, serving the Motor City and Studio City areas. The scope of work includes the development of a new carriageway with a stormwater drainage network, street lighting, and the installation of one traffic signal. This new road aims to improve connectivity and provide better access to the surrounding communities, enhancing traffic
flow and overall infrastructure in the area.
The main construction activities include demolishing and clearing site obstructions, grading, implementing kerbs, at-grade asphalt pavement, parking, sidewalks, pedestrian crossings, sign structures, street name signs, warning and regulatory signs, and road marking. The works also involve relocating the existing street lighting network and installing new street lighting. Additionally, the stormwater drainage system will be
implemented, and utilities such as DEWA Water, DEWA Electricity, Etisalat, Du, and Dubai Supply Authority will be diverted, relocated, adjusted, and protected as necessary.
