SITE AGENTS (Roads & Infrastructure)
Qualified Civil Engineering graduate with minimum 12 years of experience in supervision of roads, interchanges and infrastructure projects, preferably in the UAE. Must be conversant with international standards and local authorities specifications including contractual aspects and correspondence. Will be responsible for the overall management of resources to achieve the project objectives including cost control, quality control and timely completion.
PROJECT ENGINEERS (Roads & Infrastructure)
Candidate must have minimum 10 years relevant experience in construction of Roads & Infrastructure works, all underground services related to road construction such as Telephone, Water, Electricity etc. A Degree in Civil Engineering with sufficient expertise in knowledge of British Codes relevant to design of temporary works and structural detailing of concrete is required. Must be able to lead a team of Office Engineers and Draughtsmen to ensure timely and correct production of shop drawings and method statements. Strong background with knowledge of current BS and American codes is preferred.
SITE ENGINEERS (Roads & Infrastructure)
Degree / Diploma in Civil engineering from a recognised University, experience in supervision of construction of Road & Infrastructure works such as earthwork, asphalt pavement works and associated works. Must be capable of producing shop drawings and method statements.
SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR (Roads & Infrastructure)
Candidate should be a Graduate in Civil Engineering or in Quantity Surveying with at least 10 – 12 years experience in Roads and Infrastructure works, working for Main contractor, preferably in the Middle East. Must be capable of preparing financial and forecasting project reports, capable of establishing, preparing and pricing of contractual claims, variations , drafting of contractual letters and advise on contractual matters. Must be proficient in use of related computer software and fully aware of Standard International Conditions of Contract and methods of measurement.
LABORATORY TECHNICIANS (Roads & Infrastructure)
Minimum work Experience must be 3 to 9 years in the related field, specifically with Roads & Infrastructure projects. Should have knowledge in quality control of Concrete and Asphalt mixes and testing of related materials. Awareness of International Standard such as ASTM, BS, AASHTO and ACI is essential. Capable to manage site laboratory.
LAND SURVEYORS (Roads & Infrastructure)
Diploma / ITI / ITC in Civil Engineering, with a minimum of 5 to 12 years experience preferably in the Gulf in preparing necessary calculations and setting out of roads, bridges and associated works using equipment viz. Total Station, Distomat, Theodolite, Level etc.
