The project was a mixture of commercial and residential facilities comprising 36 residential buildings, providing in excess of 6,000 units of residential accommodation, retail units and four hotels. The project was broken down into seven principal sectors for construction purposes. The principal area of the project is located within Dubai Municipality Affection Plan plot 392-535, but also contains work southwest of the Marina in plot 500-566 and the DEWA land adjacent to plots 500-566 and 500-626 .

The work comprised of road and infrastructure works of the project known as 9022 Al Khawaneej Labour City. The scope of this project included construction roads, street lighting network, telecommunication works, fire fighting tank and storm water drainage network.
